Location: the hotel was so close to public beach for a swim, as well as very nice fish restaurant and an ice-cream pavillion, and Hamburg and Lübeck. My large room came with bedrooms, a terrific view and a large balcony.

I always come back for xmas. The staff here helped me with a local food delivery number on my first stay. They have Wi-Fi, bar, restaurant, massage, spa. I have no regrets choosing this place.

Thoroughly enjoyed Ratzeburg

The room I stayed in was absolutely cozy and inviting. I loved the bright ambiance and the partial view of the lake. The flat-screen TV, minibar, and free WiFi were great conveniences. Plus, the bathrobe provided a touch of luxury!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bathroom setup. It had either a bathtub or a shower, but I would have preferred a combination of both.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Ratzeburg, Germany. The location was perfect, right on the lake and close to town. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. The best part was the excellent breakfast with a great selection of food. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

Lovely hotel in the heart of nowhere. Spa was a bliss, stuffed myself with the complimentary breakfast. Sailing and cycling were the perfect way to burn off the indulgence.

I was so disappointed that I couldn't enjoy a sports massage while sailing and doing a facial. The impossible is expected here.

This place is situated in a great location with a beautiful lake on one side and another lake on the other side. The staff here are friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking view from the terrace. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. I was also impressed with the on-site restaurant, which served a fantastic dinner. I had a very satisfying experience at this venue.

The hotel is in an ideal location with easy access to Hamburg and Lübeck. Beautiful nature surroundings and a peaceful small town atmosphere. The hotel itself is recently renovated and in great condition. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with tasteful decor. The staff are efficient and friendly. The lake view from the hotel is stunning and the food in the restaurant is excellent.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Located by two beautiful lakes, the hotel has a wonderful view of the water, and nature surroundings. the hotel is also within easy walking distance of the historic town center. the rooms are clean, fresh and generously sized while bathrooms are fully functional and spotless.

The inconsistent efficiency among staff can cause uncomfortable experiences throughout the stay.
